We are Worcester Accredited Platinum Installers. As a result we are able to offer guarantees up to 12 years.*
Worcester Accredited Installers are fully trained independent installers specialising in Worcester Bosch products.
They can offer exclusive benefits such as extended guarantees.
Your guarantee goes hand-in-hand with your Worcester Bosch product. It protects you from unexpected breakdowns and even more unexpected costs.
The chances are that your boiler is likely to lead a happy and healthy life for several years to come. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong whilst it's still in guarantee, Worcester Bosch will send someone out, fix it, or replace any faulty parts - at no cost to you.
Warranties are like insurance - you buy them from your retailer and they cover you for a specific list of things, for a fixed period. You normally have to renew them; they're normally not as comprehensive as guarantees.
All Worcester Bosch products come with a guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind and protection from the unexpected. Worcester Bosch does not offer warranties.
The main difference between warranties and guarantees is that a guarantee is normally free, and comes directly from the manufacturer.
Guarantees are often regarded as a benchmark of quality, as the seller is confident enough in the products they supply to agree to fix it for free if anything should go wrong.
A warranty is typically added on to a purchase, thus you pay for it when you buy a product. In many ways it is more akin to an insurance policy. It will protect you against breakdowns or faulty parts. These are restricted to a list and only if it a problem occurs during a certain period. A warranty needs to be renewed after a certain period.
Annual servicing is a condition and must be completed each year to keep your guarantee valid. A Gas Safe registered engineer for gas boilers or an OFTEC-registered technician for oil boilers must always carry out services.
Combi is short for Combination Boiler, and this is the most compact out of the various different types of boilers.
These types of boilers generate both heat and water, they are typically mounted on a wall. With a Combi boiler there is no need for a seperate hot water tank.
System Boilers need a hot water cylinder unlike regular boilers they don't need a cold water tank.
Conventional Boilers are commonly known as a regular or heat only boiler. These types of boilers have a water tank.
They heat up your radiators and connect to a seperate cylinder or tank to provide hot water.
